what is your tat?
turnaround time is 7-10 business days unless stated otherwise. business days do not include weekends or holidays. shipping times are not included in the processing time. TAT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR ORDER WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO SUPPORT@LBSTEES.NET I WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPT FACEBOOK PM'S.
 
what is your refund/ exchange policy?
all items are made to order. for this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue on our part (you wrong size, color) we are human mistakes happen. if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. your item must be in the same condition unused and unwashed. you can reach us at: support@lbstees.net or laurenbrumbelow@gmail.com
 
what happens if my item isnt delivered?
we are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off with usps. if you believe your package is lost, please contact the mail provider to file a claim. please make sure you have the correct address for shipping LBS tees is not responsible for non-delivered packages due to the incorrect shipping address listed. if returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. please double check your shipping address!
